Dr. Sirpa Cossaboon,

PhD, LACMH, LBS

I like to work with children, adolescents, couples, and/or families in individual, family, and group settings in traditional face to face and/or teletherapy modalities to improve functioning, behavioral problems, and mental/emotional difficulties.

I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) integrated parts work to improve symptoms of distress, stemming from both conscious and unconscious triggers. Thus, in addition to correcting individual memory traces to traumatic experiences, I work with the family system(s) to improve overall well-being.

I chose to become a mental health professional, because I felt there was a need for a therapy approach to remedy conventional methods. Although I use some integrated conventional approaches, I also utilize other evidence-based techniques to alleviate symptomatology. Thus, I believe in a wholistic approach and see individuals as parts of a larger whole.

John Robinson Life Coach/Behavioralist

"Hi, my name is John Robinson (BSW, Life Coach).

After spending several years in the field of Mental Health as an Administrative Case Manager, I have ventured into the world of Life Coaching. I graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in May 2017 and I am also an alumnus of the JRNI (now known as Lumia) Life Coaching Certification Essentials program as of December 2021. I am currently in the process of pursuing a full ICF (International Coaching Federation) Credential. During my time at West Chester University I had internships at a County Adult Probation & Parole Department as well as an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that involved group therapy. During my time as a Case Manager, I encountered a wide variety of adult clients from various backgrounds and with varying needs, sometimes including but not limited to issues regarding Housing, Criminal Justice, Substance Abuse, Domestic Abuse, Public Benefits, etc. Currently I also work as a contracted Behavior Consultant for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and I also run weekly online support groups on a volunteer basis for another organization related to individuals who are in recovery from Domestic Abuse and/or Toxic Relationships. Versatility is my calling card, and I am open to Coaching a variety of individuals on a variety of issues provided that they have a strong desire to go from surviving to thriving in their lives, but ultimately most of the Coaching I do is through the lens of Emotional Intelligence and helping people to connect with a greater awareness of how their emotions impact their behavior, their decision-making, and their life as a whole. Ultimately I want my clients to walk away feeling like their emotions are tools for awareness rather than obstacles that get in their way, to feel like they always have someone in their corner, and empowered to stand in their own voice."
